The continuous growth of our company is manifested not only in the increase of turnover, in the expansion of the facilities or in the creation of new products. It is mainly due to the development of the individual capacities of each collaborator, so that they contribute unequivocally to the solidification of the structure. In this sense, we seek to increase knowledge annually through a Training Actions plan for the development of professional competences in several areas that are transversal to the Departmental Structure of the company, either through external entities or managed by internal collaborators.
